How to start the application

Click on 'Certification and Verification of Products' on 'My dashboard' to access the application.

That will bring you to the 'Certification and Verification of Products' homepage.

 

 

The 'Certification and Verification of Products' application

In the application, you have the possibility to:

• To see and manage all your draft, ongoing and historic order
• Find all certificates and reports that DNV GL has issued for your company
• Upload technical documents for approval for Type Approval, MED and Case by Case product certification/verification projects
• Communicate online with the approval engineer for replying approval
• Communicate online with the surveyor for replying survey comments
• Digitally accept Short Form Agreements between DNV GL and your company
• Subscribe to events you are interesting to be notified.

Application overview

From the application dashboard, you have access to several areas:

1. Home: Is the link that brings you back to the landing page
2. Orders: Here you can see all DNV GL orders of your company (since approx. 2014)
3. Deliverables: Here you find relevant information by CMC service for your company
4. DNV GL Station: Here you find information about the DNV GL Station that is responsible for your company
5. My Company: Here you find information about your company
6. Help: This is a link to the user guide
7. Language: Switch between English, German, Japanese, Korean
8. User Name: Logout and access to other services on Veracity for Class
9. Start creating request: Here you can create a new order to DNV GL
10. Design Comments:  Here you can reply to approval comments, monitor status of approval comments, export comments lists to excel spread sheets etc.
11. Survey Comments: Here you can reply to survey comments, monitor status of survey comments, export comment list to excel spread sheets etc.
12. Actions: Here you find actions that DNV GL suggests for your company, e.g. scheduling periodical assessments
13. Notifications: Here you get notifications, e.g. about confirmed visits, issued approvals or certificates, comment replies, agreements ready to sign etc.
14. Draft orders: Here you find all registered drafts of new orders that have not yet been sent to DNV GL.
15. Ongoing order: Here you find all active orders with DNV GL.
16. Ongoing visits: Here you find all upcoming visits of DNV GL that you have registere
17. Notices: Here you get important notes published by your DNV GL station
