How to access

Click on ‘Service’ to select "WELDING - Welder or Welding procedures" to get access to your welder data base, all your approved WPQR/WPS, welder and welding workshop approval certificates.

Welder Records

The Welder-Records provides an overview of all the welders registered in your company.

To register additional welders for your company, this can easily be done one by one, or by use of the Excel import functionality.

By selecting a specific welder, welder certificates registered for that welder will be listed in a new view.

The welder's personal parameters can be modified if needed.

Functionality for sending certificates by e-mail.

Re-validation of a certificate and generation of the validation report can also be done from this view.

 

Welder Certificates

 

The welder certificates view give you an overview of all the welder certificates approved for your company.

By clicking on a table header, you may sort the content. You may use the search functionality to find your certificate or use the filter functionality to filter after different criteria.

Funcionality for sending certificates by e-mail.

 

 

Re-validation of a certificate and generation of the validation report can also be done from this view.

The six-month validation can be done by the supervisor by clicking on the icon () next to the date in the '6 months' column. A window pops up were all relevant information can be entered and documentation uploaded by the supervisor.

 

 

By clicking the 'Validate' icon, the six-month period is approved and the new date for the next validation period will be automatically included.  

 

With the ‘Actions’ menu you may

•  download a single deliverable
•  re-validate or re-issue the certificate

 

 

You can also export filtered information to Excel by clicking on the icon 'Export filtered list to Excel'.

 

WPQR/WPS

 

The WPQR/WPS's gives you an overview of all registered Welding Procedures for your company.

Download of the approved procedure or export of the list of procedures to Excel.

By clicking on a table header, you may sort the content. You may use the search functionality to find your certificate or use the filter functionality to filter after different criteria.

 

Welding Workshop Approval

 

The WWA view gives you an overview of all Welding Workshop Approvals with validity status for your company.
