As soon as we have issued the deliverable(s) and the order is marked as historic, the issued deliverable(s) will be available under each product information of your request.
Click on ‘DELIVERABLES’ to access all certificates, reports etc. issued by DNV GL for your company since approximately 2014.
Based on the selected 'Service' different service specific information will be available.

‘DNV GL Station’ is a summary of all contact details for the DNV GL Station that is responsible for your company. Here you will find the address, phone number, department e-mail, a link to Google-Maps and contact details for the staff.
‘My Company’ is a summary of data for your company like contacts, reserved certificate numbers and MSA contracts.
'Contacts' gives you an overview of all contacts of your company who are involved in the work with DNV GL. This list can be updated by you.
This is not the list of colleagues with access to our portal.
'Visit Addresses' if you are requesting visits at different locations, those can be registered in this view and will be available from a drop-down menu when you request a visit.
'Company Addresses' information about your office, postal and invoice address registered in the system.
'Reserved Certificate Numbers' may be used if you need to know these numbers before you register the requests in the portal.
There is a self-service functionality for reserving certificate numbers. You may export a list to Excel. By clicking on a table header, you may sort the content. And you may either see all reserved certificate numbers for your company or the unused ones only.
'Settings' may be used if you want to tailor made the portal to reflect your needs. Services not used by your company can be removed and the complexity of the request form can be selected.
Today the CMC application support English, German, Japanese and Korean.
We would nevertheless prefer if you register request details in English.

‘Actions’ is an information from your local DNV GL Station e.g. if periodical assessments or renewals of Approval Certificates are due. You may open the action and propose a date for the related assessment.
‘Notifications’ is the place, where you may get an information from DNV GL when we have confirmed visits, documentation successfully uploaded, issued approvals or certificates, comment replies, agreements ready to sign etc. By default only notifications related to projects you are involved in will be shown, but notifications by your whole compay can be shown by clicking on 'Company'.
In ‘Settings’, you can define, which notifications you want to get and how you would like to receive them.
You may select to receive the notification
For SMS please enter your mobile phone number. You may select to receive the SMS daily, weekly or monthly. And you may also define a time slot, when you would like to get the notification.
Notifications by e-mail are normally addressed to the e-mail address in your profile. But you may define another e-mail address for receiving the notifications.
‘DRAFT ORDERS’ is the list of all requests registered on your user, that have not yet been sent to DNV GL. All portal users of you company may access these requests and continue with registration of data if they tick-off 'Show for all company users'. You may filter the list, e.g. by your reference.
‘ONGOING ORDERS’ is the list of all active order requests registered on your user. Here you can see the order status and other information. You may filter the list, e.g. by your reference. To view all ongoing orders for your company, tick-off 'Show for all company users'.

‘ONGOING VISITS’ is a list of all visits requests registered on your user in the future. Here you can see the status, the appointed Surveyor and other information. You may filter the list, e.g. by your reference. To view all planned visits for your company, tick-off 'Show for all company users'.
'DESIGN COMMENTS', in this view you can get the complete overview of all comments for your company. But the default setup is to show only open comments for your projects where you have to do an action. As soon as you have replied to a comment, it disappears from this list and the 'Action Needed By' is changed to DNV GL. But all comments can be shown with use of the filters and tick-offs. The comment list can be exported to Excel.
'SURVEY COMMENTS', in this view you can get the complete overview of all comments for your company. But the default setup is to show only open comment for your projects. But all comments can be shown with use of the filters and tick-offs. The comment list can be exported to Excel.
