Insights is a new tab in Fleet Status showing compliance performance compared with DNV benchmark for Class findings and Conditions, as well as Port State detentions and deficiencies. This is displayed graphically in addition to getting access to the actual registrations, which again may be exported to Excel.

If the customer is setup with Barrier reporting or Machinery connect, these statistics will also show up in Insights.

 The Port State Control vessel list shows the destination port as given by AIS and associated risk based on most frequent PSC deficiencies given in that given port. Here the checklist may also be downloaded.

This means that all the functionality from the current Port State Control Planner tile in Veracity is moved into the Fleet Status portal. This tile will thus be terminated in due time.

 Assisting changes: To assist owner/manager with processes not often done, such as change of vessel name, flag or owner, the confirmation e-mail will now enclose detailed guidance documents when ordering occasional surveys.

 Owners survey preparation for class and statutory surveys has been revised. An executive summary focusing on the key elements that need to be prepared is now provided in addition to the comprehensive check list covering the full survey scope.

This functionality is developed to let owner/manager monitor the performance of their vessels compared to relevant benchmark. In release of March 2020 these Insights consist of Findings, Conditions and Port State Control deficiencies and detentions.

If your company is setup with Barrier Reporting or Machinery Connect (MMC) this will also show up in insights, but with another logic described separately.
