In the 'Service guide' you can request new service for IHM documentation for a vessel.

 

Request new service for 'Alterations & Conversion' or 'Manuals, plans and other documents' have been moved to a new service page ('Approval of documentation') and can be accessed by clicking 'Go to Approval of documentation'.
