- The Port State Control features are found under Vessel Services in Fleet Status portal.
- Vessels are listed with latest known AIS status, including destination port. For this port the MoU calculated risk and inspection likelihood is given. Check question marks for further description of business context.

We have introduced automatic email notifications as a feature of the Port State Control solutions in the Fleet Portal.
The email notifications will contain a pre-arrival PSC checklist for a specific port and specific vessels from your fleet. The notifications are triggered by AIS (Automated Identification System) and will be submitted when a new port as destination is identified by the system, and the MoU PSC inspection window is due.
- When a notification is triggered, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing the checklist
- In addition to the PSC Planner and Insights dashboard in the Fleet Portal, these notifications will help you to prepare for the next PSC inspection aiming to reduce the number of findings, and to avoid detentions
- You can adjust the notification settings based on your personal needs and preferences in “My settings” under the username in Veracity / Fleet Status We have prepared a guidance video, demonstrating step-by-step how to adjust your settings and showing you how to use the full PSC service suite to best benefit from our Port State Control inspection preparation support: guidance video
