Step by step

Under the 'Certificates' tab you can search and download certificates issued to your vessels or your company.

 

Vessel Certificates

Here you will find an overview of certificates related to your vessels.

Company Certificates

Here you will find an overview of certificates related to your company.

 

Search certificates

Click on the search button () to view all certificates. By default the list is sorted by Vessel name in Vessel Certificates. You have several options to filter your search:

• Issue date from/to
• Expiry date from/to
• Flag
• Year to date
• Last 30 days
• Type of certificate (class, statutory, other, statement of compliance)
• Term (full, interim, short)
• Certificate name
• Vessel name/Company

The 'Year to date' will search for certificates where issued from January 1 to today.

'Last 30 days' will search for certificates issued from today-30 days to today.

Please note that the clear button () will only clear the filter boxes (except the Flag).

Any checked certificates will still be checked after a new search.

Create your own favorite search

Click on the filter button () to view or save your search result.

Download and Email certificates

Select on one or more certificates you would like to download or send per email. 

Once an item is checked, the 'Download', 'Email' and 'Clear all selected' buttons will be activated.

Next to the 'Clear all selected' buttons a text appears showing number of selected items.

Click on the download button () to download selected certificates. The downloaded zip file will also contain an excel index file with information about the downloaded certificates.

Click on the email button () to send an email with selected certificates. The system will pre-populate the email with the list of selected certificates.

To deselect all certificates, click on the clear all selected button ().
