Maritime Customer Portal – My services on Veracity is your access point for digital interaction with DNV. The customer portal will enable you to access the existing DNV applications and have full overview of all your vessels and projects through a single login and from one single page.
The portal is there to offer you easy access to, and convenient handling of, digital DNV applications. My Services can be customized to meet your individual needs, whether you represent ship managers wishing to control your vessels, a shipyard or designer managing approval and new building process, or a manufacturer controlling the type approvals and certificates.
You will find rules and standards and be supported in uploading technical documents for approval and search for public certificate data. You will also find other digital applications, like our 'Marketplace'. Some of the applications are open to all users (like “Rules and Standards”), while other applications require a contract or an invitation from a DNV employee.
The portal also provides contact information for our organization. New features will be continually added over time.
Once you have logged in to Veracity, the main page 'My Services' will show up. The portal will know from your user data which applications you need in your interaction with DNV.
My Services gives you access to your user settings, to notifications and to help files. You can also customize your dashboard and add more applications.
