The 'Maritime Access Management' tool is available for Maritime Company Administrators only.

From this tool the Company administrator can manage users within their company, view company's access to vessels and/or project and share out vessels.

The tool have the following functionality:

• Users
  • Create and administrate users and access rights
• Vessels
  • Overview of vessels the company has access to
  • Manage sharing of vessels
• Projects
  • Overview of all projects incl. sharing
• Feature access
  • This list people in your company who have been registered to have access to some features. This is only available for Fleet Status companies.
• Date requestors
  • This list people who have been registered by DNV to receive replies to DATE questions on behalf of your company, but who are not registered with a company user on the portal. The company administrator should verify and manage the list, in particular when people leave the company and no longer represent your company.
  • The Company Administrator can easily create a new portal user from the menu.
