In the Packages you will find an overview of the documentation submittals.
All packages that have been successfully uploaded will be marked with a small green circle ( )
Uploads that have failed will be marked with a red circle ()
If a package should fail to upload, the package will have a red status icon in front. Open the package details to get more information about what have failed.
You can upload failed files again by clicking ‘Upload’ button and select the file to upload again. It is important that this is the same file, and if not, an error message will appear that informs that the expected file is not chosen.
If upload fails, it is possible to re-upload using the icon to the right of each document, if upload fails repeatedly, there might be something wrong with the file itself. Make sure that the file is fetched from the computer’s hard drive, to ensure the entire file is available.
