Request access to a project

It is possible to request access to a project by following these steps:

  1. Open 'Approval - Vessel in Operation' and navigate to 'Request access tab'. Search for the Project ID in the search field.
  2. The project will show in the result list, click on the 'padlock' in the right hand side to request access.
  3. A pop-up will show. Here you can choose the company you request access from under 'Send request to'. You will also be able to choose if you want to share your documents with the contractor or not.
    Accept the Terms & Conditions and click 'Request access'.  A notification will be sent to the contractor registered for this project for them to accept your request for access.
