Short form agreement process

When DNV GL issue a short form agreement (SFA) for signing, the user will be informed both in *ACTIONS' and 'NOTIFICATIONS'.

The link will guide you to the correct order. In the order you will find the SFA waiting for your acceptance under 'ATTACHMENTS'.

 

First when you have opened the SFA document you are able to click *Accept' or 'Don't accept'.

 

By clicking 'Accept' you confirm that you have the authority or delegated to sign the agreement between your company and DNV GL. When the agreement is accepted the status of your order is changed from 'On-hold' to 'Registered'.

 

 

If the SFA is rejected a reason is mandatory and your order will keep the status 'On-hold'.
