Introduction

Some customers might experience that information is still stored in their browser cache or in cookies. We have gathered some guidelines showing how to open a browser with "New InPrivate window" or "New Incognito window" or how to clear cache or delete cookies in browser.

 

Open up a browser window with InPrivate or Incognito browsing

• For any browser from Windows taskbar (InPrivate, Incognito or Private window), right-click on the browser icon.

 

• In Microsoft Edge or Chrome Incognito/InPrivate window is available from the menu on the left hand side of your browser

 

• Log in to the web site from this new window using your normal login information.

 

Clear cache for one website

In Microsoft Edge or Chrome it is possible to clear cache for a particular website.

• Open up the website where you want to clear cache and click on the padlock located beside the URL.
• Click Site settings, then Clear data

 

 

 Clear cache completely for all browsers

In most browsers, click Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open a dialogue for clearing cache and follow your browser's instructions on how to clear cache.

 

Delete cookies

If your browser have stored some old cookies preventing the web browser from functioning a expected, you can delete cookies by clicking the padlock and then Cookies.
