Step by step

You open a case by clicking on the 'Case Id' under 'My cases', 'My fleet's cases' or 'My company's cases'.

In the pane you will see the whole communication for this case as also the 'Case details'.

On the case view you have also the possibility to multi-select other colleagues to follow your case.

 

The background color indicates what has been added by a technical expert and what has been added by you:

 Added by you.

 Added by a DNV technical expert.

You can update or follow up a case by clicking on 'Follow up', fill in new information and 'Submit to DATE'.

You can close the case by clicking on 'Close'.

You have the possibility to mark a case as unread (), print () a case or download() a case as Zip.

To share a case you have to click on the share button ()

 

It is possible to follow-up on any case even if you have not registered it yourself. You will however get a note that you are about the follow-up a case that someone else “owns”.

As the tool is not meant to facilitate “discussions”, we strongly request that a company designates ONE SPECIFIC PERSON to control and manage the dialog with the DNV expert team, and that colleagues communicate through this person whenever possible.
