The Company Documents and Certificates section provides a centralised overview of you company's compliance, certificates, audits and related services. It enables you to monitor status, access documentations and interact with DNV Services efficiently.

 

Status

Under 'Status' you can view the 'Documents of Compliance' and other company certificates. You can also request audit from here. 

 

Requests & jobs

This tab provides an overview of surveys and service requests submitted to DNV with status.

 

Follow-up

The 'Follow-up'-tab shows all compliance-related activities such as conditions, non-conformity, memorandums and findings.  

 

Documents

Access all company certificates and audit reports in one place, including both company and vessel reports.

 

Corrective Action Plan (CAP)

This section allows you to manage non-conformities and communicate with DNV regarding corrective actions from 'CAP'.

 

Service overview

The Service Overview provides a consolidated view of all services across your fleet, including class, statutory, and digital services.

Key features:

• View vessels and their operational status
• Identify services managed by your company (blue) or managed by other companies (grey)
• Use filters and search to refine results

Under 'Contact' you will find your company details registered with DNV.

Under 'Companies Services' tab you will see your own company and a list of other companies that have a vessel relation (DOC- holder, manager or owner) to your fleet.
