The IHM Part 1 certification consists of approval of the IHM documentation and an initial IHM survey. Please see our internet pages  for more details including frequently asked questions.

Request approval of IHM documentation

Approval of IHM is requested as follows:

1. In Fleet Status select the vessel
2. Click Request IHM approval
3. Fill in the first page of the form, upload documents and click Save
4. Click Continue to invoice and contact information
   Note! In case it is not relevant to attach documents to the order, you may proceed without attaching documents
5. Fill in the second part of the form including any remarks regarding service delivery or invoicing
6. Click I accept the terms and conditions
7. Click Submit

  

 When documentation is approved, the contact person of the request will receive a notification by email. In addition, deliverables are available for review and download by:

1.       In Fleet Status, click Orders on the top menu and click Service Orders

2.       Click the order you want to review for status and/or deliverables

Request initial survey

Initial IHM survey is requested similar to other class surveys:

1.       In Fleet Status select the vessel

2.       Click Request Survey/Audit

3.       Include RR 1051b/c in scope

4.       Complete the request similar to any other survey request
