Under 'Status' you will get an overview of surveys, memos, conditions, and so on grouped by certificate.
The icons on the left indicates the Certificate status:
For vessels DNV is not authorized to issue full term certificate(s) for, the survey due dates are only indicated dates based on harmonized certificates. The survey due dates may therefore not be correct.
For 100A5 vessels transferred to our common production system the old codes from Fleet Online are available in Vessel Status. You can switch to the new codes by clicking on ‘Codes’ and selecting new “New code”.
On the top right, you can find the action menu (), with access to reports, tools and requests.
You can also request a survey or vessel audit by clicking on ().
You can export data to Excel by clicking on ( ). From here you can select:
For each item you can get more info by clicking on the icons to the right:
The symbol to the left of the code indicate if the request for this survey item will be a survey () or a vessel audit ().
A symbol to the left of the survey item indicates that a survey job is ongoing.

'Details' gives you more information about your vessel such as:
When expanding the Menu item (), you will find Reports, Tools and Requests.
Under Reports you can find 'Survey preparation notes', 'Vessel summary reports' and 'Class Status report'.
Class status report can be downloaded 'With Memorandum to Owner' our 'Without Memorandum to owner':
The column Tools provide direct links to 'Requirements for vessel' and 'Vessel DATE case(s), while Requests provide links to 'Request survey / vessel audit', 'Request DATE' and 'Document approval'.
A list of all ordered survey requests will appear. From here you can view, edit or cancel a survey request, edit the purchase order number, download the survey preparation note or view terms & conditions for the survey request (see Request survey or vessel audit).
A list of follow-up items for the relevant vessel will appear. The list shows the status, text and due date for the following items:
A list of all survey reports, class status reports, certificates and other documents like the ERS report. Share certificates and Inspection of Records is also available here.
Fleet in Service customers have the possibility to keep track on the submitted and vessel related approvals.
