Veracity for Class Maritime Portal
Survey Plan Adjustment - Offshore Class
My services > Fleet Status > Vessel Services > Class Status > Vessel list > Vessel status and request survey > Survey Plan Adjustment - Offshore Class

This tool is available for Units in Offshore class, with distributed survey schemes (HC.pl and SC.pl).

This tool enables owners handling Offshore units to propose adjustments to the distributed survey plan displayed in the Maritime Fleet Portal. The purpose of the tool is to allow flexibility in the scheduling of surveys, while providing an overview of the remaining scope in the class period required for compliance with the DNV Rules.

The user can go back and forth between these 2 steps.

All selections made in any step will be reflected in all plans.

How to propose changes

When in “Current plan” tab, use radio buttons to remove items from scope.

Use “see alternatives” to identify and select in scope other items that are governed by the same Class rule and are remaining to be completed within the current 5 yearly class period.

When in “Class period plan” or “All items” tab, the user can add items in scope using the radio buttons. The added items will be visible in all tabs, including “Current plan” tab.

3. Step 3 – Submit Proposal

When the selection is concluded, accept “terms and conditions” and click next.

A Survey request will be made and assigned to the rig coordinator for the asset.

4. Important Notes

Once submitted, proposal cannot be edited. Cancel the Survey request and restart if needed.

RC Validation

The rig coordinator validates proposal, reviews changes and publishes or rejects. When published the new plan will be visible in the Vessel status.
